  16. Kermit-370 for TSO has been updated with a minor bug fix.  The fix
  17. undoes an inadvertant change in version 4.3.2 in regard to the time
  18. tag transmitted when TSO Kermit sends a file that happens to be a
  19. member of a non-ISPF PDS.  In previous versions, and now again in
  20. 4.3.3, Kermit uses the modification date of the PDS, whenever
  21. available (and otherwise, the creation date).  Under certain
  22. circumstances, version 4.3.2 would send the creation date even though
  23. the modification date was present and valid.  For files maintained by
  24. ISPF, each member of the PDS has its own time tag, and the problem
  25. did not affect those files.

  27. The fix has been incorporated in the file iktker.upd (and described
  28. briefly in iktker.bwr).  ik0aaa.hlp has been updated to reflect the
  29. new release number for TSO Kermit.  The other files of the Kermit
  30. distribution for TSO remain unchanged.

  32. Note: as usual, changes in the TSO variant of Kermit-370 are also
  33. reflected in the ROSCOE variant.
